Anthony Lee

Anthony Lee is Managing Partner at Quintic Advisory LLP.  He was previously the national lead for financial viability at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Specialising in development economics, he advises public and private sector clients on a range of development viability issues. He helped to develop national guidance on viability, including the Harman Group guidance on 'Viability Testing Local Plans' and through the MHCLG 'Developer contributions expert panel' advising on the Viability PPG. He is a member of the RICS 'Planning and Development Expert Panel' and the RICS ‘Affordable Housing Valuation Working Group’. He has given expert evidence on financial viability at numerous planning inquiries.
