Hollie Howe is Planning Director at Indurent, one of the UK’s leading providers of industrial and logistics, where she leads on the strategic promotion and delivery of employment land across the south east.

A chartered town planner with over a decade of experience in consultancy, development and planning, Hollie has a strong track record in unlocking complex schemes for both commercial and residential development. Her role involves guiding sites through the planning system, managing stakeholder relationships, and solving technical challenges to bring forward high-quality developments. Before joining Indurent in May 2021, Hollie held senior roles at Lovell Partnerships (Morgan Sindall Investments), Kier Group and Savills, with responsibility spanning site acquisition to detailed delivery.
