Jannie Baker

Jennie’s role at Lichfields includes providing detailed, bespoke advice to clients on complex planning matters. Jennie also analyses all aspects of current and emerging planning legislation and national policy for clients and colleagues, to inform project strategies and the carrying out of development management procedures. In addition, Jennie advises on the application of the Community Infrastructure Levy, including devising detailed, plain English, strategies to ensure that clients understand their likely CIL liability.
