John Bosworth

John is Head of Planning at law firm Maples Teesdale and has extensive experience working in both the private and public sectors. He advises developers, landowners, local authorities and funders on a wide range of legal issues associated with development, regeneration, infrastructure and strategic land projects. He also advises on contentious matters including planning appeals and judicial reviews.

John has advised on many large scale greenfield developments including the new settlement of Cranbrook in Devon, urban extensions in Norwich, Sittingbourne, Yate, Exeter and Broxbourne and greenfield sites in Medway, Tonbridge and Malling, Tiverton and Watlington in Oxfordshire.
