John Sayer

With over 20 years of real estate advisory experience, John leads Ardent’s team, advising on major regeneration and development projects. A Chartered Surveyor and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, John is also an RICS Registered Valuer and appointed member of the RICS Global President’s Panel, acting as an expert determiner and mediator in disputes. He has been an integral part of the leadership team at the Compulsory Purchase Association for many years, serving as an elected board member, Honorary Secretary, and currently as Chair of the Association.
