Katie Yates

Katie Hale is the Planning Director at Telford Living where she manages the planning strategies for pipeline sites and provides strategic advice on potential and new acquisitions. Katie has responsibility for managing the firm’s relationship with relevant planning stakeholders including the Department for Homes, Communities and Local Government, the GLA and the London Boroughs. She also leads community and political engagement strategies for Telford Living as part of the planning process. Katie has more than 20 years of town planning experience having worked with both the public and private sector, with specialism in the living sector. Since joining Telford Living in 2019, Katie has been responsible for securing planning permission for more than 2,500 residential units and is currently overseeing emerging proposals for more than 2,000 units within the London area.
