Nick Cuff

Nick is the Managing Director and founder of start up SME developer and advisory business Urban Sketch Ltd.  He has experience across the residential development spectrum with a particular focus on land and planning in London and the South East and public private partnerships to unlock land for new homes and development.

Prior to this, Nick spent over a decade in the senior management team at Pocket Living working alongside the founders to grow the business to a £70 million turnover. Formerly a Development Manager at build to rent developer Essential Living and a planner at CB Richard Ellis. Nick is a chartered surveyor and town planner.

Nick also spent 12 years as an elected Councillor in the London Borough of Wandsworth leading the Planning Committee and sitting within the Authority's Cabinet helping to enable major regeneration projects and thousands of homes across the Borough.   He holds Masters degrees in Real Estate, Town Planning and Innovation and Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.   He is editor and author of industry blog site www.propviews.co.uk
