
Richard Eastham
Founding Director, Feria Urbanism
Richard is the founding director of Feria Urbanism, an accomplished urban design and urban planning practice based in Bournemouth. He is known for his ability to create design codes, design strategies and development frameworks. He excels in collaborating with local communities to help them shape and influence the places where they live. He has led major projects for towns and cities including Liverpool, Winchester and Waterlooville. Recognised by the Royal Town Planning Institute as one of the profession’s most inspiring figures, he serves on several design review panels. Richard also teaches at Arts University Bournemouth and the University of Southampton. Originally from Lancashire, he studied in Sheffield, Manchester, and Oxford.
