Sean Ellis

An experienced leader in housebuilding, with over 35 years of expertise. Appointed as Managing Director in 2022, having acquired a 25% stake in Fernham Homes, he brings a wealth of knowledge and is focused on growing the business. Previously, Sean spent 18 years at The Berkeley Group Plc, serving as an Executive Director for 11 years. He was Chairman of Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties, St James Group a joint venture with Thames Water which delivered over 10,000 homes, and St William, a joint venture with National Grid which from inception in 2014, has a portfolio delivering over 20,000 homes.
